Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
I Made A Mistake With My Order. Can I Update Or Cancel It?
Send us an email at ordersca@patchology.com with your order information as soon as possible. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, so we most likely will not be able to catch it in time, but we will do our best!
Can I Return My Order?
At Patchology, we want you to be thrilled about your experience with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered! Email us at ordersca@patchology.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide you with a return label. Send your unopened package back to us and we will refund you in full to your original form of payment. All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Also, we can only replace products purchased on patchology.com. If you bought your Patchology product elsewhere, please get in touch with the retailer about your replacement.
