Step 1: Prep Your Face
1. Clean and Dry Your Face: Begin your nighttime or morning routine by thoroughly cleansing your face to remove any makeup, dirt, or oils.

2. Dry Your Skin: Pat your face dry with a clean towel to ensure your skin is clean and dry before application.

Step 2: Apply the Top Portion
